Friday mornings 9.00 - 10.00 am

Each hour long session combines guided meditation and mindfulness with practices from energy medicine.  We look at ways to balance our energy system, increase vitality and practice deep relaxation in a small, relaxed group setting.

This session is led by Fiona Smith who has been meditating and working with energy for the last 17 years.
